[WIP] Helping with Translations

Nothing on the top menu can be translated just yet, or what's said in the log, that part will take awhile xD there will be an easier way to translate it when i find it, but for now that's the best way where nothing has to be converted.

Don't forget to rename the file with your language code! (i.e. en-US.resx)

For now the best way would be to put the resx file into a gist on github and share the link in the comments, or create a pull request into the folders linked above!
(Don't worry about the .Designer.cs files, those are visual studio files)
