Reading the message before sending auto-reply

I would like to know if it's possible to read the received message before sending an auto-reply. For example, if someone sends the message "Hi, how are you?" I would like the auto-reply to respond "I'm good, how about you?". But if the message is "What's on the menu today?" the auto-reply should respond "The menu for today is...". Would it be possible to implement this functionality?

I too would like to have this functionality. Currently it seems to be impossible.
