DevToys.CLI.exe not found in Windows #1614

Current behavior
In this document page: https://devtoys.app/doc/articles/extension-development/getting-started/debug-an-extension.html?tabs=vs
It says to set your environment files to point to C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\Programs\DevToys Preview\DevToys.exe and also C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\Programs\DevToys Preview\DevToys.CLI.exe
The problem is that DevToys.CLI.exe does not exist. Can I skip this? I am using the latest 2.0.8-preview version.
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)
