App closes when Base64 Text option selected

Current behavior

App crashes/closes when Base64 Option selected. No other input required.

All other tool options display as expected without error.

Installed via chocolatey

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

1. Open App
2. Expand encoders / decoders
3. Select Base64 Text, UI updates to show Base64 controls.
4. half second pause
5. Boom 💥

Expected behavior

App should not crash.

I've noticed the app will crash when using Dark theme and selecting Base64 Text. No other Encoder/Decoders, or other toys seem to be affected.
