Donate Button and Page

Page should have some copy urging to donate to our cause.

For the Donate Button, we noticed that some brigades send users to the Code 4 America donate page. Other brigades have their own donation page tied to a payment processor like Stripe, for example.

What should our approach be?

We'll use the official https://www.codeforamerica.org/donate/. The important part is that folks need to select our brigade in the donation widget.

An idea might be to link into our own https://code4puertorico.org/donate with a call to action leading to CFA's donate page, and perhaps a note on the "If your donation is for a Brigade, please select the Brigade Name (Optional)" part.
