Description
Hi there,
Hope you're doing well! I had a quick question about using SigProfilerAssignment. When I input SBS288 or SBS1536-dimensional context and signature matrices for the signatures and samples parameters, it works fine. But with SBS384, I get this error: "Incompatible dimensions. The first dimension of A is 96, while the shape of b is (384,)".
Does this mean SBS384 signatures aren't supported for decomposition into SBS96? I noticed that in COSMIC data, SBS384 signatures (like SBS288 and SBS1536) don't have standard formatted signatures either. Why doesn't SBS384 need to be interpreted via SBS96?
Sorry if this is straightforward, but any insight you can share would help me a lot! Let me know if you need more details from my end.
Thanks so much for your time!
Best,
Yu
